Some folks will tell you that it's the last 4 digits of the VIN...
Unfortunately, that's incorrect, based on people who have the
actual documentation.

The only people who know *for sure* are the folks who got the 
numbered certificate from PAS. (by calling 1-800-SYCLONE)
Since PAS went out of business some time ago (the number
isn't there either), there's no way of knowing the build sequence
for sure.

Various folks are working on getting copies of old PAS 
documentation... hopefully that will prove to be a final, definative 
answer.  Best plan is keep an ear to the list....
