I just noticed it has been about a month since I ordered the free CD, and I
haven't gotten anything in my mailbox yet.  When I ordered, I didn't ask
what the ship time was, but I guess anywhere from 2 days to 6 weeks might be
typical.

How many other people are still waiting?
