flex or clutch fans

Has any one put a flex fan on a sy or a ty 
there good for HP on older cars and they have some that move more air as 
well. They have flex fans at pep boys that will fit the 4.3   
and the box claims 10% more HP. [ya right ] 
I want one just for the cooling but a little extra HP wouldnt  hurt 
ether.
