No GMC Sy/Ty never came with a manual transmission.

I do have daytime running lights but it was a dealer installed item as I had
to have them install before they would let me import the truck in to Canada.
As of '89 all vehicles sold in Canada must have daytime running lights and
in '94 the same law passed in some US states.
