correct.

however, those of you w/ atr "cold" air kits, drive around for about 30
minutes,
and then try to touch the "cold" air kit.

wait till it cools down before you scrap your burnt flesh off of it...

i can't find the web pages of the KC nationals, but whoever put the vents
in their fender in the sweet spot was just brilliant.

i'd still like to see a hood vent, kinda like the ford svo mustang (84-86).
could also do it w/ an air to air intercooler as well.  it'll look funny, but
damn will it be functional...
