Rerouting CAC lines

Does anyone have any parts list or instructions on how they rerouted the
CAC lines to get rid of the metal pipes?  At this point in time, I am not
going to switch to a shurflow (stock pump still works) and an aux. heat
exchanger is several months off.  I just have to do some work on the
distributor and also want to replace the fuel regulator so it will be
easier if I can get these pipes gone asap.
