New 1999 S10 Xtreme

Many of you have asked about the 1999 S10 Xtreme, and here is a web page

You think that this isnt SyTy related?  The Xtreme is contracted out by
Chevrolet to a joint venture of Wheel to Wheel and Starcraft, much the
same as GMC contacted PAS to make the SyTy.  The joint venture is called
TecStar.  The connection? The guy who runs Wheel to Wheel worked on the
Syclone project for PAS.  The building that PAS/Triad used to be in is
now inhabited by Wheel to Wheel.  Small world huh?
