Wheel balancing

I mistakenly took my truck to a Les Schwab (big tire/wheel chain in the
Northwest) and had the tires rotated and balanced.  Now the truck has a
nasty shudder at 60-100mph (worsens as I speed up).  Do they have the right
equipment and just did it wrong or are these stock wheels special?  If so,
what sort of machine do they need to use?  Lastly, anyone in the
Beaverton/Portland, Oregon area know of a good shop that can balance these
things?
