That's why I never installed mine in the first place, after I got it
some while ago.
As my Ty is rather low, I never dared to put it on..... as I didn't
want to damage my Ic cooler


I was always toying with the idea to  make a Blade-O-Death  out of
a hard rubber plate.  Although this kind of rubber is rather strong,
it is still flexible enough to survive bumps....

Good to hear from Russel that Yngvars blade  is differently angled, as
I have this blade too, but not installed either. So maybe  I try 
that one first before making my own rubber duck blade.
