TPS voltage settings

Hello,

Last weekend I did a tune-up on my 92 Ty. I replaced plugs, plug wires, thermostat, list recommended turbo to IC hose and a couple of little things. After a test drive I noticed a huge performance gain when cold. But flat spots galore after warm-up. A few questions came up:

    i) What are the TPS voltage settings at closed and WOT?
ii) My ANS boost gauge is set at 9 o'clock versus the pre-tune-up setting of 11 o'clock, which is in line with the setting I had when I first installed it.
iii) While installing plug 2 (evil little devil), I inadvertently broke the sensor connector between cylinders 2 and 3. What is this sensor? Is it a knock sensor?
iv) Speaking of cylinders...the firing order is 1-6-5-4-3-2. What is the convention for numbering on the block? Right 1-2-3, Left 4-5-6? (Right == Driver's side).

Any wisdom would be appreciated,

-Bob-
