Here is the info on the rooms that I posted.  The Marriott was $85 and the
Holiday Inn was like $69 night.  The Marriott is where everyone wanted to
stay, so thats were the majority of people should be.  Let me know if you
need anything else.  Either way, the holiday Inn is a stones throw
away......

I have reserved 50 rooms of various types (ie smoking/nonsmoking, king
bed/double bed, etc) at the Marriott Overland Park.  I am looking at a list
of 33 parties who have choosen this hotel.  Since MORE people chose this
hotel than all of the others, this will be the official hotel.  When you
call to make your reservations, tell them you are with ISTA.  This is the
name of the organization the rooms are blocked under.

If you DO NOT want the Marriott because of price, availability, etc, etc. I
have arranged for a group discount at the Holiday Inn Express which is the
other official hotel.  When you call here, just tell them you are with the
Pearson party, and they should give you the discounted rate.  If not,
please let me know.

Here is the most important part.  Make your reservations NOW, TODAY, AS
SOON AS YOU FINSIH READING THIS!!!  Every hotel in our area is filling up. 
The Marriott has a football team staying there, and the Holiday Inn has two
softball teams staying there.  Rooms with two beds are scarce so lock them
in.  If, for some reason, we need more rooms, I will call around; however,
alot of you are staying at a campground, with a friend, or have taken the
liberty to make your own arrangements.  I think this will be enough.

If any of you have questions or problems, please call me.  While typing
this up, I called the Marriott and made my reservations.  They have ISTA in
