Aux. Intercooler/Wow

Wow, That's what I said after driving the Ty with the new aux.
Intercooler. I can't believe the throttle response. All I was expecting
was that the Intercooler would stay much cooler but when I was getting
on the expressway ramp I could't believe how the Ty felt like it was
staying in the boost much longer. Ivan, when you said that the "IC heat
soak really robs the power" Your right! THe original boost gauge was
moving alot more than before also. At idle the boost gauge was reading
around -7 and on a couple of WOT I got a reading of almost 12.
This truck never ceases to amaze me. I'm almost positive now that the
stock IC pump was not working and who knows for how long. The only thing
I'm still curious about is, after driving around 1/2 hour on the
expressway cruising between 60&80mph and doing a couple of WOT by the
time I got home and felt the IC it was pretty warm. I don't know if this
is normal. Also we just added plain water to the IC after installing the
Aux. cooler and I'm planning on draining and adding Distilled water.
What about some Water Wetter that you guys are using. How much should I
add and antifreeze to the IC?
Ivan, I hope you bring your Ty this Sunday!
