Re: Tire Jack needed for Syclone!
Jason,
Well I have a Suspension Techniques 3" drop rear leaf springs that I
bought because there is a strick law about modifying ride heights here.
The front was lowered using the torsion bar. I saw in a catalog (which
I can't remember where I put) that sells torsion bars which has a
stiffer ride. As far as the ride let me put it this way...Every speed
bump I encounter I scrape the trans crossmember. But because of my
daughter I chose to raise the truck up about 1" so it's a little bit
smoother. anyway in order to jack it up I have to use the stock jack
first to lift it about one more inch or so to fit my 1/2 ton jack...when
lowering it back down I just reverse this process...
