MOD IDEAS? ! ?

Hey guys!
I lost johnny five!
Anyway! Piston # 5 died today! too much boost on the freeway! So the
truck is in the shop!! Im putting on forged piston & rods! can anyone
give me a good idea for a cam & heads package? Also What's a good
intercooler deal out there?(AIR not water!) im thinking about an upgrade
on the turbo as well. (whats the biggest turbo I should run for a stock
block?) T63-1?
