Stock coolant temp sender w/ the Cyberdyne?

Howdy All --

Can the stock coolant temp sender work in conjunction with the 
Cyberdyne coolant temp gauge?  Are they compatible? Anyone tried
it and have it work? not work?

Pondering this for the past 30 seconds hasn't yielded any sort
of reason as to why the stock sender _wouldn't_ work with the 
Cyberdyne gauge, but might as well throw it out for a brief 
discussion.
