To replace the passenger side plugs just jack up that side of the vehicle
so that there is plenty of clearance between the tire and fender.  You
don't need to remover anything except maybe the rubber splash guard that
hangs between the fenderwell and frame.  You should remove that anyway, it
will help air circulate in the engine compartment.  Anyway, you can change
these 3 plugs in about 10-15 minutes max this way.  I change my plugs every
3k miles and once you've done it a few times the whole job can take under
30 minutes.
