Have you gone to a larger injector?
It sounds *WAY* lean from the way you describe it.
There are two tuning tools that are a must for your situation:
1) A scan tool or diacom to see what the o2 sensor is reading.
2) Adjustable regulator (add pressure to see if it makes a difference)
With that volume of air now flowing through the engine, it sounds
like you will need some fuel system upgrades (killer fuel pump).
