top end trouble....

          Hey there turbo guys, just installed my big turbo kit from
atr. i have the 900cfm turbo, 3 inch downpipe with no cat. i also
did the atr camshaft with crane 1.6 rockers and have my trans 
shifting around 5200 rpm.
          now for the troubles, top of second gear it pops out of the exhaust
and
third gear is for shit. seems to be around 4000 or so in drive it really pops
out of the exhaust and makes no power. frist gear is great and second not so
good.
i really think its a fuel inj. problem, the colder it is at night the more
popping
and comes in sooner. i went and changed all the ing. parts and tired
everything.
calling atr was a question they cant help me with yet.
