RE: Bearcat & fuel pressure gauge mounting

I believe a Bearcat is a rather rare car from several decades ago... very
nice looking, if I remember correctly.

Richard Chan gave me this solution for my '85 T-Type... use an OTC 7430
adapter, it's a 90 deg. adapter that screws right onto the Schrader valve
outlet on the fuel rail, and has a male fitting at the other end. I'm not
sure if the end is 1/8 pipe thread or not, but my local NAPA/Auto Marine
store had a female-to-female fitting that matched up the Cyberdyne sender
and adapter perfectly. Works like a hot damn (whatever a hot damn is...).

The adapter also has a plunger to depress the schrader valve when you screw
it on, so you can quickly remove it and hook up a fuel pressure gauge while
working under the hood.
