Yes, it does block the air from the passenger side, but 
you still will get plenty of air from the
drivers side air source....The air is too hot during
summer anyway...:-) LOVE to scare the pony cars, but
Vetts are SO much more fun.....LT1s are easy, have
not had a ZR1 yet.....
