[SYTY] couple questions 4 the list.

OK the A/C is no more, took it off. There is A round plastic ball on the front passenger side under the fender. What is it, and can I take it out? Also there is another one on the front driver side under the fender in about the same place (looks like A Coffey can), What is that for? And can I take that out?  Thanks!!   Aj.
