I actually have a syty cluster fs, but not all the part you need to
convert.  Some this weekend inquired about it and mention that you need
the brackets, harness, cluster and bezel to convert to a Syty in a S-10,
so I assume a Saudi Sy would need the same.

The speedo does have some KPH marking but they are very small and
infrequent.

The gauge are somewhat inaccurate, but it looks better and solves the
solution of the tach.
