Hello again,
took down my ECM today and pushed on every plug, none
of them
where loose.., then took my truck out for an 6h drive and
finally the problem
where gone :)) so probably an pipe burst.
well alot of work ahead,.,. thanks for the help

Well the ignition module and coil cured my problem which
sounded just like yours so I would suggest checking all your grounds and
then ECM. Also check http://www.syty.org/archives/syty/search.html
for more additional and good reading dating back 5-or more years.
