Depending on how long it has gone unchecked, it could be low.

I would check the pump, chances are it is stock still and blown up (fuse is
right behind alternator, where you would expect an intercooler fuse to be).
Blown fuse is almost a for sure sign of bad pump.

Good luck on purchase, be sure to check at syty.net also....on the
