ok, i thought i been having it rough trying to tune
my truck. and now i also just got in a wreck with it tonight. took a right
turn onto a country road. went to pass and the person in front of them was
taking a left hand turn. so i slammed on the brakes and could not stop before
they where turn left. i was next to them at this point and also had to turn
left. felt like brakes went out of me. when i turn left i was heeding right at a
gas pump. since braked did not work and felt like i was still on the gas i turn
the truck of hoping it would slow down. cranked the wheel hard left to miss
it and hit the cement bracing in front of the pumps. as i was very very very
very lucky not to hit the pumps!!!!!!!! So I was not sited. I am guess i
hit it around 20 mph on the front left side of the truck right on the head
light. bent the metal bumper and messed up the cladding. not sure if the
cladding can be saved or not also bent the hood. cracked the grill and shoved
the fog light back. so i know will need a new metal bumper brace and
hood. but i have bigger problems also. can not turn ignition on at
all. but i can still put it in drive, od, n and R. i am not sure why this
is. i could of drove it home it if was not for the ignition. and called
the insurance company and i am happy to hear i only have a $250
deductible.
