[SYTY] wheel balancing

opinions, suggestions and experience regarding balancing syty's (and other 
makes)
wheels are appreciated. in my case the weights were attached to the outside 
of the rims which make them look rather ugly. i was told that stick-on 
weights on the back-
side don't do the job and actually make balancing near impossible. so i have 
the opt-
ion of good looking rims but can't drive or ugly but driveable. decisions, 
decisions!
