If this is a Saudi Sy GM sold through their US auction, the O2 sensor was
reconnected.

The ultimate turns on the I/C almost immediately (60 degrees coolant temp)
so if you use that chip, hardwiring the I/C pump is not needed.

Tach and Boost are very important.  Fuel (electric), Trans Temp or EGT
depending on your preference.  Have you ever thought about a converting to
a regular Sy dash?
