[ISTA] Blk/Blk Ty - Williamsport PA Forsale

There is a Black on Black Ty forsale in Williamsport PA.  I have seen the
guy driving around twice but always on opposite sides of the highway.  He
has his phone number written on the bottom of the forsale sign, but I have
not been able to read it...  Does anyone have any info on this truck??
