No, that would not be ok.  The Typhoon has a towing capacity of 0 lbs.  The Syclone has a small towing capacity.  With the said, the max that you should even attempt is like a small trailer with a lawnmower or jet ski on it.  Something very lightweight.  And you're probably better off staying off the throttle when you are towing.... i.e. try to stay out of boost.
