RE: [ISTA] Mysterious Wiper Activation
Here's a little diagnose test compliments of Dave P.

'93 Ty white/white
San Jose, CA
Same as 'wipers'. If wipers work, Put a test light on the pump motor
connector. Activate 'wash'. Light lights=replace pump. No light = connect
lamp between gray wire on wiper motor and ground. Activate 'wash'. no
light=replace wiper switch. Light on= connect lamp between orange wire at
wipermotor and ground. light on= replace wiper switch. No light = replace
wiper motor board.
Hope you're not too confused now.
