[ISTA] HEADS??!!

Okay, so my engine is blown up (4.3L LB4) and my natural inclination is to 
upgrade to the 4.3L L35 (a.k.a. Vortec).
I need to know what I have to do to my Ty intake/etc. so that everything 
will be okay as far as bolting stuff up.
I thought that the Vortec heads were a bolt-on affair?  Are they not?
PLEASE let me know A.S.A.P.!!!
Which Vortec heads are the 'good ones'?
Give me the lowdown on the Vortec stuff . . . .

I KNOW some of your are runnin' 'em, so come out of the woodwork and tell me 
what I gotta do to make this happen.
